What do you get when a car enthusiast marries a suspension specialist? A Hot Wheels Legends Tour finalist! It wasn’t enough to steal her brother’s Hot Wheels or swipe her husband’s keys to his hot rod; Suzy Bauter wanted her own custom car to race every weekend. From the hand-stitched interior to the custom wide-body fender flares to the modern Camaro suspension, there’s nothing else quite like her winning 1963 AMC Rambler Station Wagon.
One finalist from each of the 15 cities will join Hot Wheels at SEMA 2018 in Las Vegas, where one lucky winner’s car will be immortalized as a Hot Wheels Legend and turned into a die-cast car that will be sold around the world. For more information, visit hotwheels.com/legendstour and follow the tour on the Hot Wheels Facebook and Instagram accounts, as well as with #HotWheelsLegends.
